As you may know, the Canadian wildfires are again impacting the air quality in our region. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation issued an Air Quality Health Advisory for New York City on 6/28.
People who may be especially sensitive to the effects of elevated levels of pollutants such as the very young, and those with preexisting respiratory problems such as asthma or heart disease should limit strenuous outdoor physical activities.
