Smoke Alert from Fire in Edgewater, NJ - 1/22/15

Yesterday, a five alarm fire destroyed an apartment complex just across the Hudson River in Edgewater, New Jersey. Prevailing winds have caused some of the smoke from the fire to move east towards Manhattan.

Yesterday, a five alarm fire destroyed an apartment complex just across the Hudson River in Edgewater, New Jersey. Prevailing winds have caused some of the smoke from the fire to move east towards Manhattan. As a result, you may see or smell smoke around campus today. Facilities Operations is currently monitoring the situation and the Facilities Services Center is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns at 212-854-2222.
