Returning to Normal Operations after Winter Storm

January 26, 2026

Given the improving transportation conditions throughout the greater New York City area and the snow removal on campus grounds thanks to our Facilities teams, we will return to in-person learning tomorrow, January 27, with normal operations on campus. We encourage you to check individual websites or with event organizers for any isolated service changes that may remain in place.

According to the National Weather Service, our area weathered 11 inches of snowfall, and we thank you for your flexibility throughout the storm. Freezing and icy conditions are expected to remain through the week. Please continue exercising caution when traveling and use mass transportation if possible.

University Shuttle Updates

  • Intercampus and Manhattanville Loop shuttle service will resume this afternoon (1/26) at the times listed on the Transportation website
  • The Evening Shuttle will resume service at 4 p.m. today (1/26).
  • The Lamont and Fort Lee service will resume Tuesday (1/27).

Please check the Transportation website for the latest updates, and the TripShot App for real-time bus locations and ETAs.
