Dear Colleagues,

According to the latest news report, an agreement has been reached to avert a work stoppage for NJ TRANSIT Rail Operations. Provided the agreement is voted on and approved as anticipated, rail operations are expected to continue on their normal schedule without interruption.

To those employees who would have been impacted by a work stoppage, and to their supervisors: thank you for preparing and making arrangements ahead of time. We are glad those arrangements will not be necessary. You may check the NJ TRANSIT website for further updates.

Sincerely,

David Greenberg
